The monthly or yearly price for the software itself, usually per user or per package. With cloud ERP, hosting is often included.
The honest answer: it depends on your size, processes and integrations. But “it depends” is not an answer you can work with. So below: what the price is made of, which ranges the market publishes, and which questions you should ask every vendor.
The monthly or yearly price for the software itself, usually per user or per package. With cloud ERP, hosting is often included.
One-off costs for configuration, data migration and integrations. Depending on the amount of data and custom work this ranges from a few thousand to tens of thousands of euros.
Hours to get your team comfortable with the system — in the office and on the shop floor. Often underestimated, but it decides whether the system actually gets used.
Ongoing costs for support and new versions. Always ask whether updates are included in the price — especially when your environment contains custom work.
Reports that take days, planners working outside the system, double entry. These costs never appear on an invoice, but with the wrong system they are often the largest.
International cloud packages for SMB manufacturers publish prices starting around € 50 to € 100 per user per month; Dutch cloud packages that do show prices sit roughly between € 400 and € 900 per month for a complete package (market scan, summer 2026).
Notably, many Dutch ERP specialists for manufacturing publish no prices at all. That makes comparing hard — and it is exactly why transparency is our starting point: in a single demo you hear a concrete indication for your situation.
The licence price is only part of what an ERP really costs you. Ask every vendor these questions:
What is and is not included in the price — implementation, data migration, integrations, training?
What does an integration cost that does not exist yet, and who builds it?
What happens to custom work at an update — and what does that cost?
Which support terms apply, and what does a higher service level cost?

Independent operators and smaller manufacturing teams starting with ERP discipline.
Growing companies under roughly 50 employees that need broader coordination.
Manufacturers in the 50 to 250 employee range that need more control and flexibility.
Larger organizations with stricter infrastructure, governance or rollout requirements.
Published cloud prices for SMB manufacturers range roughly from € 50 per user per month to € 900 per month for a complete package. The real question is what is inside that price: hosting, support, updates and integrations make the difference.
Expect a one-off amount for configuration, data migration and training. The range is wide — from a few thousand euros for a small start to tens of thousands with a lot of custom work and integrations. Always ask for a fixed price or a cap.
Because every implementation is different — but also because a conversation sells better than a price tag. We believe you deserve an indication up front; with us you get one in the first demo.
